Welcome to Charm City! Where everything you could ever want is wrapped into one city, the harbor, the night life, the sports life..and the beautiful drama of high school. This city has so much to offer for anyone, and everyone -- but if you're not careful, it could easily eat you alive, or your friends could. You see, in Baltimore, backstabbing is as popular of a sport as football -- everyone watches, and cheers for one team or the other. So be careful, rounding that turn, mommy and daddy aren't here to kiss your boo-boos anymore, you're on your own. This is it. Welcome to Charm City.

The Harbor`` is a brand new teen roleplay, with the fun of High School and a City roleplay put together. We've got plenty of canons up for grabs to take part in the current, and future plots to come. A rank system, to distinguish one high school clique from another -- and plenty of drama.
The Harbor`` is currently searching for it's first Co-Administrator. Someone to look after the site and keep it active, keep advertising while our Main Administrator is away.
Along with that, The Harbor`` needs active members to get it alive, and well known. The more people, the more fun. So come on, dive into Baltimore and stir up some trouble of your own. You won't regret it.
